Under Heaven's Shadow-PreludeIt was common knowledge that the foxes, or more commonly referred to as the Kitsune, kept to their peaceful valley; they did not want to be dragged into the hellish pit that was the world at the time. The Kitsune home, however, acted as a buffer for the three forces to its eastern, western, and northern boundaries: the Humans in their grand castles, the Birds in their colossal forest, and the Wolves in their snow-kissed mountains. To the South of their wonderful home, the Kitsune had a spectacular azure sea, drawing a state of awe from any soul that would gaze at its beauty.
